Steve Aul is an independent financial professional with decades of experience helping individuals navigate retirement and financial planning. A graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Steve holds multiple industry designations (ChFC®, CLU®, and RICP®) and brings a depth of knowledge to every client interaction.
Steve shares his insights as the host of The Aul Financial Hour – Your Money Matters radio show on KMOX 1120 AM/104.1 FM and 97.1 FM, where he covers topics that matter most to those approaching or enjoying retirement. He’s also contributed to publications including CNN Money, Forbes, and Fortune, and regularly leads financial workshops across the St. Louis area.
Beyond the office and the airwaves, Steve is passionate about motorcycles, auto racing, Corvettes, scuba diving, and giving back to the community. He actively volunteers with local charities and participates in church activities. He lives in Ballwin, Missouri, with his wife Lori, and treasures time spent with family and friends.

William Meneses is originally from Lima, Peru, and has called the United States home since 2012. He earned his degree from Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri, and brings extensive experience in the financial industry. Over the years, he has worked with respected institutions such as Central Bank of Boone County, U.S. Bank, Bank of America, and Merrill Lynch.
As a native Spanish speaker, William is passionate about supporting the Spanish-speaking community and takes pride in helping clients navigate financial decisions in the language they’re most comfortable with. His ability to connect across cultures ensures that every client feels heard, understood, and empowered.
Outside of work, William enjoys staying active by playing rugby and soccer. He and his wife, Ayla, live with their dog, Chloe, and their kitten, Cersei, who keep life at home lively and entertaining.
Stacy brings 30+ years of experience in office administration to her role at Aul Financial Group. Known for her efficiency, reliability, and deep knowledge of administrative operations, she plays a key part in ensuring the office runs smoothly and clients receive exceptional service. She is affectionately referred to by Steve Aul as “The Boss,” a testament to her indispensable role in the company.
Stacy and her husband, Trent, are proud parents to three wonderful children—Becca, Alex, and Carter. Her faith and involvement in her church community are central to her life, and she treasures time spent with family. Whether boating and relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks, traveling as much as possible, or playing cards and board games, Stacy finds joy in life’s simple pleasures. She’s also a devoted fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
Chris plays a vital role behind the scenes at Aul Financial Group, where he supports the team with client case design, product analysis, and fund research. In addition to his analytical work, Chris serves as our Consultation Coordinator, guiding prospective clients through the process of becoming a client and helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from the very first meeting.
With a career in financial services that began in 1996, Chris brings decades of experience and holds the Certified Financial Planner™ designation—demonstrating his commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client-focused service.
David combines a strong background in finance with a passion for helping others navigate their financial journey. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis and is both a Licensed Insurance Agent and a Series 65 securities license holder.
As a paraplanner at Aul Financial Group, David works closely with clients and prospective clients to gather essential financial data and build the initial framework of their financial plans—laying the groundwork for the advisory team to create personalized strategies. He also manages the firm’s planning software and aggregation platforms, keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes.
Outside the office, David is an avid bowler with multiple 300 games to his name. He also enjoys reading, playing games, going to the movies, and hiking new trails whenever he gets the chance.
Meghan holds a degree in theatre directing from Webster University and brings a unique blend of creativity, organization, and marketing expertise to her role at Aul Financial Group. As the daughter of owner and founder Steve Aul, Meghan combines family legacy with professional experience. Before joining the company, she spent five years in marketing within the wine and spirits industry, gaining valuable skills in campaign coordination and brand support. She now applies that background to oversee the company’s seminars, client appreciation events, outreach programs, and social media—ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed to create meaningful experiences.
Meghan works remotely from Queens, New York, where she lives with her husband, Constantine, their daughter, Mary, and their rescue dog, Raven. In her free time, she enjoys reading, board games, puzzles, and tabletop role-playing games—where storytelling and strategy come together, much like in her professional life.
Kristina brings 25 years of administrative expertise and a strong entrepreneurial spirit to her role at Aul Financial Group. As a former restaurant owner, she developed exceptional skills in customer service, operations management, and creating welcoming environments—experience she now draws upon to ensure every client and visitor feels valued and well cared for from the moment they step through the door.
Known as the company’s Director of First Impressions, Kristina takes pride in setting a positive tone for the office, blending professionalism with warmth and approachability. Her friendly demeanor helps make the office a comfortable space for clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending quality time with her husband, exploring the outdoors through camping and kayaking adventures, and staying energized with regular Zumba fitness classes. She believes in balancing hard work with fun and wellness.
