Thank you to everyone who attended our Schnucks Cooking School Client Event last night. Our clients and their guests created 3 appetizers: crab Louie lettuce cups, burnt eggplant butter on tomato toasts, and peppery antipasto skewers with ribeye. Each dish was paired with a wine to match.
